What can I do? Well, as you guessed right, I can design and develop web applications and love doing it! Ever since I was little, I have always loved any type of art but also structures in life. When I came to learn coding at college, it was such an eye-opening experience because I never knew programming would be part of my career, but incorporating visual designs and interface functions into coding is more fun and worthwhile completing because of the attractive and useful cutting-edge deliverables. Of course there are many challenges doing this job, but what can I say, I just don’t give up and love challenges because they help me grow and learn more! I am so glad I have come to find this perfect versatile job using my both right and left brain where I feel most comfortable at.

Creativities

I love being part of art. During school I have won many awards/recognitions for my art projects but pretty much every day I see art in our surroundings. Even with cooking, I use my creativity to make delicious and beautiful food with many varieties in color and nutrition. Finding art in everything we do has been the source of my design passion and a humble appreciation to this earth.

HTML5/CSS3
2009-now
Back in 2009 was my start in learning HTML/CSS. I remember how fascinated I felt to write the html code and a little bit of css on a notepad and see the viewable web page structure on a browser. Since 2012, I have been using HTML5/CSS3 and am most comfortable using these latest versions. Responsive designs as well as UX/UI designs will be all considered on my work.

Graphic Design
2009-now
I have used and feel most comfortable with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign, GIMP, and Inkspace. I photoshop photos many times for my work even for graphic art, have worked on making logos, flat vector arts, animation, etc., have designed brochures and business card for my client, and hand-draw objects and ideas on daily basis for my work.

JavaScript/jQuery
2011-now
I learned Java language first as a programming language, but soon enough realized all the programming languages use similar syntax and concepts. Utilizing many learning tools available online, I have come to use JavaScript more efficiently. Skilled in Angular.js, JSON, and Ajax as well.

PHP
2011-now
This language was self-taught using books and online resources. I use PHP primarily for working on WordPress CMS projects nowadays, but have built websites using PHP only, to work with database as well as the server-side validations.

Photography
2014-now
I love viewing beautiful scenery and capturing amazing moments in a frame. Taking and learning photos has become my secret hobby whenever I have free time.

Other languages
I have learned and used C#, Visual Basic .NET, XML, Python, and ChucK on my educational projects. Also, I am a trilingual speaker of English, Japanese, and Spanish. Learning all kinds of languages has been a BIG part of my life.
